The National Sales Trainer, Sales Training – Psychiatry, is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training, and developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs. This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales Training - Psychiatry. Contributions to the Psychiatry sales team’s success is achieved through proactively partnering with key stakeholders across various departments, including the sales training team, marketing, sales leadership, and enterprise training teams, to create and implement training materials and programs. These materials and programs address identified field sales needs, support key marketing initiatives, enhance product knowledge, improve overall selling skills, and support the ongoing developmental needs of the Psychiatry sales team.
