Job Summary Under general supervision, responsible for developing the internal marketing strategy related to Sales Representative incentive programs (MAP) and pull-through events to support field sellers in driving revenue across the portfolio in their respective market(s). This role will focus on future process efficiencies while maximizing existing opportunities for GM growth in the current incentive year through collaboration with partner functions and providing increased communication of key Sales initiatives across the organization to align all parties.
