The Oncology National Sales Manager (NSM) is a leader that contributes to the strategic and tactical development of sales initiatives. The NSM will report to the Head of Sales as a member of the Sales Leadership Team. The NSM will collaborate with Franchise Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Training, Market Access and Sales Leadership to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiencies. The NSM will not have external customer responsibilities but is expected to use previous external customer experience to help maximize sales force performance.
