Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Analyst with expertise in Incentive Compensation to join our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans that motivate and reward our sales force. This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
