BASIC OVERVIEW a mid-size medical device company selling a physician-preferred product in the OR The company is in an exciting growth phase and growing the sales force WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU $230k at plan ($110k base to do another $120k on top at plan). Great culture opportunity to be a part of a growing company. OR sale but you don't have to be in every case. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION minimum of 5 years selling a physician-preferred product into the OR currently living and selling in the MARYLAND/DC market relationships within the hospitals in this market comfort working in a smaller to mid-size company where you have to think on your feet and wear many hats self-motivated proven track record of success

We are recruiting for a mid-size start-up medical device company focused on IR.  They are in growth phase, recently adding a management layer and splitting territories. SENIOR REP EXPANSION TERRITORY: Sacramento/East Bay/Oakland/Stockton SENIOR REP COMP PACAKAGE- $170K base to do $315K at plan, Full Benefits, Equity We are looking for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy going out to hunt and grow business. Start-up experience is preferred as this is a start-up environment. Experience with disruptive technology is also strongly preferred. Candidate must have a high motor and want to hunt business; this is not a farmer's position. The company is in hyper-growth mode.
