The Director of Sales Force Effectiveness & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and providing strategic direction for the analytics function within the organization. In this role you will report to the Head of Insights and Analytics for Specialty with supporting lines to the Sales VPs of the Specialty business unit. This position involves managing a team of Field Business Managers, setting the analytics strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
