The Associate Director, Sales Training, Psychiatry, collaborates closely with the Director of Sales Training, the Sales Training team, Sales Leadership, and Brand Leadership to recommend and direct strategic and tactical training for the U.S. Commercial Psychiatry Sales organization. This position includes supporting the current Psychiatry portfolio and developing training for the pipeline. The Associate Director, Operations will work directly with the franchise VP, providing operations, project management and support across key BU projects. Key project management responsibilities include managing scope, project plans, logistics, and schedules of major strategic and tactical initiatives in support of franchise priorities. This person will also be responsible for partnering with the AD, Communications, to ensure continuity of communications across the business unit.
