Primary Function of Position: The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Intuitive’s sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. This individual will work cross-functionally with diverse internal/external stakeholders not limited to sales, marketing, customer training, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
