TITLE: Area Sales Manager (Capital)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
• 5 plus years medical device experience
• Capital Sales Experience/Robotics
• Neuro Surgical/Cranial a plus
• C-Suite Presentation experience
• Working with Champion Surgeons, understands the capital sales process from start
to finish
• Experience selling disruptive capital, building a territory/region from the ground up
Call Points: C Suites, Champion NeuroSurgeons
Territory: Midwest: OH, MI, IL, IN, WI, MN, IA, MO
Preferred Rep Locations: Chicago, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Minneapolis
COMPENSATION:
Base:150-175K VARIABLE COMP: 200K total comp-350-375K at plan, mileage, Full
benefits, full expenses, 401K 5%, medical/dental, etc., potential profit sharing or stock based on performance- the company is publicly traded internationally
