The Account Executive is responsible for achieving net revenue, admissions, and profitability targets by driving new referral growth, expanding market share, and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources across hospitals, health systems, and post-acute care settings. This position functions as the primary business development driver within an assigned territory, with a focus on rapidly capturing acute referrals, coordinating with clinical and operational teams, and delivering exceptional customer service to referral partners.
The Account Executive is expected to be a hunter and relationship manager—creating new referral opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships to ensure Amerita is the preferred provider of infusion services. Success is measured by referral volume, admission conversions, start-of-care timeliness, and referral source satisfaction.
The Account Executive should reside in the Dallas, TX area and have a minimum three years of Home Health or medical sales experience (IV, DME, HHA, LTAC, etc.)
