We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager / Senior Account Representative to join our Injectable Aesthetics team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through both existing and new customers to increase customer base and market share
  • Plan, develop, and execute key account and territory business plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Conduct regular customer visits and effectively communicate key product messages to account stakeholders (HCPs, consultants, etc.)
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and proactively expand the business portfolio
  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to support business growth
  • Capture, analyze, and report market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular key account reviews, sales reports, and forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business partners
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and clinical training teams to optimize customer engagement, including participation in workshops, training sessions, symposiums, and exhibitions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proactive, driven, and self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to take on challenges
  • Strong account management and customer service orientation; adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in science, medical, or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience in aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is an advantage
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in the medical aesthetics industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent planning, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply scientific concepts
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Account Executive
