Labcorp is hiring a remote based Sales Support Supervisor! Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Supervise, coach, and develop a team of sales support specialists. Set daily/weekly priorities, allocate workload, and monitor & develop performance metrics. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture. Sales Operations & Process Management Oversee order entry, quoting, contract preparation, and documentation accuracy. Ensure timely processing of customer requests, pricing updates, and product information. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for sales support workflows.
