Job Title Inside Sales Representative Job Description The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry. Your role: Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone and email. Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, and part availability. Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, and appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order. Provide support and information cross functionally within the Market to Order (M2O) & Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), as required/requested. You will work 7:30AM-4:00PM.
