The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) is a dedicated in-field training role that supports dermatology line in the design and delivery of training solutions to a regional sales organization. An RST will be responsible for providing regional / national training, coaching, and support. This encompasses the combination of field travel, coaching reports, live training, sales meetings, and virtual sessions. This will ensure the sales organization has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively sell products, in turn achieving sales targets.
