The Regional Sales Director is responsible for generating volume and market share growth through the development and management of a designated region. This role involves leading, directing, and managing the activities of Account Managers within a specific geographical area. The Regional Sales Director will guide their team to achieve established sales and business objectives and participate in national, regional, and local strategic meetings, as well as lead meetings with their respective team.
