This is a field-based role covering the western United States. Candidates do not need to reside in the posted city or state; major hub locations for this position include Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Utah, and Southern California. Sales Leadership & Strategy Primary objective is to meet or exceed assigned sales goals defined in terms of units and/or sales dollars consistent with the approved business operating plans. Additionally, the Regional Sales Director will successfully oversee expenditures at the regional level required to meet all fiscal responsibilities pertaining to the IG Business. Direct the sales strategy, planning, and execution for field-based team by driving agreed upon sales targets and long-term goals and objectives.
