JOB OVERVIEW: Manages all field sales activities across the assigned Puerto Rico territory. Conducts face to face contact with every account on a timely and periodic basis. Focuses on growing the account base by acquiring and onboarding new customers, and by selling deeper and wider into existing accounts. The role concentrates on capturing new business (80 percent) and servicing existing business (20 percent). Actual time distribution will vary based on company needs and territory characteristics including market share, customer mix, and account consolidation. Travel is island wide across municipios, with periodic continental US travel for training, conventions, and team meetings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and manages the assigned Puerto Rico territory with market share growth as the primary objective.
