Position Overview The Associate Director Forecasting role leads end‑to‑end demand and revenue forecasting for AbbVie’s US Oncology brands (Elahere and Emrelis). It owns the development, enhancement, and governance of forecasting models across all planning cycles (LBE, Plan, LRP) and delivers insights that guide strategic and financial decisions. The position partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership. It reports to the Franchise Finance Director and manages one direct report.
