Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus. 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred. Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position. Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression, other specialty experience will be considered. Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives. Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
