Work Flexibility: Field-based Manages all business activities within an assigned region. Responsibilities include several of the following: accounting, budgeting, installing financial controls, assisting in the assessment of technology and training needs, providing technical sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and evaluating and establishing efficient and effective work processes for location(s) within assigned region. Principal Responsibilities: Grow service related revenue in the region to attain monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and goals. Drive and sustain employee engagement while upholding standards and company policy. Legal compliance including ISO standards and FDA compliance.
