Work Flexibility: Onsite As a Sales Education Training Manager, you will be responsible for strategically designing, delivering, and managing Mako training courses, which enable new and existing Stryker Representatives to support the clinical use of Mako Smart Robotics products. The Sales Education Training Manager will act as a subject matter expert in the JR robotic portfolio and be responsible for developing and leading a variety of sales, product and technology training programs tailored to specific field and organizational needs, including varying levels of sales (from new hires to sales managers), Marketing, and product design engineers.
