This is a remote position with up to 50% domestic travel required. Candidates may reside in the Southwest or Western part of the United States and should expect frequent national travel. The AbbVie Employer NAE is responsible for supporting and implementing strategic business initiatives in response to the changing healthcare environment, deployed specifically to national Employer Stakeholders via the AbbVie Employer Team with a focus on improving workforce health and productivity and maximizing strategic access to AbbVie’s therapies.  The Employer NAE will be accountable for building effective stakeholder strategies and engagements that are on the forefront of emerging concerns impacting employee access, affordability, disease state awareness/management and medication value and access.  This includes healthcare decision-makers (HCDMs) within national employer plan sponsors, employee benefit consultants (EBCs), and employer coalitions, as well as emerging...
