Job Description: The Strategic Accounts Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with AOA’s Elite Customers. As the primary contact for our Elite accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with said accounts through delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients remain satisfied with our products and services. The Strategic Accounts Representative will also be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities to grow revenue both within your Elite accounts and through new opportunities with existing or new accounts.
