W ithin this role as a Manufacturing Coordinator (Upstream) you will be responsible for all schedule related activities in the manufacturing area daily, liaising with the scheduling department in Manufacturing and other impacted areas. In addition, the Coordinator plays a lead role in the planning of other key activities in the area so that there is no impact to Manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Coordinator (Upstream) a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Coordinating and approving scheduling of activities in the manufacturing area including process, changeover and external department requirements in consultation with the area Supervisor Approving equipment handover to external departments Owning the process area changeover and working with other functions in scheduling the related tasks and drives completion within agreed timelines Attending manufacturing handover and scheduling meetings and representing area,...
