Job SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and people-focused MSL Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Medical Science Liaison team within Allergan Aesthetics. This role is responsible for strengthening scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, building team capabilities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality field execution. The MSL Manager will work closely with the Medical Excellence team, broader Medical Affairs organization, and cross-functional partners to translate medical strategy into impactful execution while fostering a culture of scientific excellence, compliance, and continuous development.
