Overview:  The Associate Interventional Glaucoma Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Glaucoma Sales Representative in operating room case coverage and patient activation. The Associate Interventional Glaucoma Sales Representative is expected to customarily and regularly spend more than half of their working time away from the Company’s established place of business or home office engaged in activities related to surgical sales to the Company’s customers. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the sales team in promoting and selling surgical glaucoma devices to ophthalmologists, clinics, and surgery centers. Build relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and providing information on how our products can improve patient outcomes. Help to identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Work with sales representative to effectively manage customer based inventory, truck stock, and ordering management Neat, accurate, and timely preparation of paperwork necessary to consummate transactions with customers. Calmly and effectively address concerns and complaints of physicians, whether they are actual or potential customers.
