Job Summary A reimbursement agent reviews reimbursement requests, processes request according to procedures and Health Plan Guidelines, communicates with health plan members regarding reimbursement and accurately documents process in system. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Respond to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone. Maintain record of calls and note customer's records as necessary to maintain consistency in service. Place orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time. Follow-up with customers as needed to get clarification on orders. Enter data from customer service in regards to previously placed orders, locating account numbers, and identifying customer’s rush order needs.
