This Senior Key Account Manager role sits within a strong and fast scaling cardiovascular medtech company founded by members of the original Farapulse team and focused on FDA cleared left heart and transseptal access technology for EP, structural heart, and complex ablation procedures. With over $40M raised, strong customer retention, and rapid commercial expansion underway, this is a high impact field role for a senior seller who partners closely with leadership to drive adoption, demonstrate clear hospital value, and help scale a category defining platform that is both clinically compelling and competitively priced.

• Senior EP, CRM, or cardiovascular device sales professional with strong lab credibility and existing electrophysiology relationships.
• Proven in complex hospital selling, including VAC navigation, contracting discussions, and executive-level engagement.
• Operates with high ownership, autonomy, and a builder mindset suited for an emerging growth organization.
