Primary Function of Position
• Working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects
of our business to include the sales process
• Support of a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed DaVinci
Surgical Systems
• Support sales activities within a local geographic area to include case coverage,
customer support, product demonstrations and other clinical selling activities
Essential Job Duties
• Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a strategy to drive utilization of
the DaVinci Surgical System.
• Become a DaVinci Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties to
support the development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
• Support field works to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system
awareness and procedure adoption.
• Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures,
outcomes of sales activities, etc.
• Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the use of
the DaVinci Surgical System.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
• Sales experience (Recommended)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Korean and English command
Required Education and Training
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and equivalent
Working Conditions
• Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
• No disqualification for overseas business trip
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bio science background, operating room knowledge or have a clinical foundation
to grow from is preferred.
