Sales Co-ordination and Reconciliation:
Commercial discounts:
Co-ordinating with finance department and support in implementation of commercial policy Tracking, analysing and providing insights on account/HCP level commercial discount on timely basis to commercial team.
Data updation in CRM Tool:.
Co-ordinate with BE team/CRM Vendor and ensure regular up-dation of Distributor, Product & Discount masters.
Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM tool across roles.
Target and Sales Forecasting: Understand business needs and objectives Support commercial team in preparation of Target and sales forecast with relevant sales trends Master Maintenance: Responsible to maintain accurate Distributor, Employee, Product & Price masters.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile :
2+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry especially in data reconciliation & Forecasting and analytics Ability to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysis including data pull and data preparation Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with internal stakeholders Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture of the performance
