About the Role

Lead and inspire the sales team to drive growth and exceed targets in a defined market. Identify opportunities, execute sales strategies, and ensure strong performance aligned with the Professional Hygiene business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance, efficiency, and talent growth.  

  • Translate business plans into effective sales strategies, activities, and campaigns.  

  • Manage daily operations across assigned geographies, channels, or key accounts.  

  • Prepare forecasts and budgets; track sales performance and adjust plans as needed.  

  • Optimize resource allocation based on customer segmentation.  

  • Negotiate with strategic customers to drive growth and profitability.  

  • Contribute to commercial plans including marketing, pricing, retention, and distribution.  

  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures.

  • Ensure customer profitability and long-term relationship management.  

  • Deliver market and competitor insights to guide internal decision-making.

  • Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to overall decision making.

Who You Are

  • Professional with degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Economics, preferably with a master's degree.

  • Intermediate English level B1

  • Minimum of 5 years  in similar positions leading B2B sales teams is a must.

  • Data analysis, negotiation, personal leadership, business development, and GTM.

  • People leadership, teamwork, negotiation, good interpersonal skills.
