  • Senior CRM (Salesforce) Specialist – Sleep and Respiratory Care

    Philips is currently recruiting a Senior CRM Specialist based in Murrysville, PA!  In support of our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com), you will facilitate the more tactical, day-to-day aspects of supporting, discovering, validating, documenting and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modeling, simulating and analyzing current and future states.

    Your role:

  • Integration/migration and reporting elements of CRM using advanced knowledge of Microsoft and ensuring system is configured and maintained to support company business practices.
  • Monitor and take corrective action related to the integration of SAP and CRM data; Works on continuous improvement and optimization of Sales Processes
  • Positively impact the output of the sales organization; Contribute to the overall functionality of the CRM system by providing options to address sales and marketing needs.
  • Ability to write business requirements, user stories, and UAT test documents to advance change requests the development cycle.  Provide in a timely and consistent fashion, routine data clean-up concerning Accounts, Contacts and Activities in CRM
  • Produce monthly reports, compile findings, track trends, and develop solutions to enhance the accuracy of the system.  Fulfill data requested by Marketing to perform NPS surveys.  Ad hoc reporting as needed for Marketing and Sales departments.  Assist as needed with projects and other processes within the Sales Enablement Team. 
  • Keep complete and accurate CRM user records.  Assist with live and web-based trainings for sales associates related to the system and provides support to individuals using the system as needed. 
  • Provides data validation of territories to insure territory alignment with SAP/BI.  Research accounts as needed and provide accurate account information for both CRM and SAP
  • You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or information systems required.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with CRM system(s) and reporting tools; Microsoft CRM OS, SQL Reporting Services, required.
  • SFDC Administration Certification highly desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, business acumen and a combination of investigative and interpretive skills to transform data into a body of knowledge; particularly in the initial data analysis phases of their business intelligence and performance management efforts.
  • Experience with SAP business processes such as customer/product master data, BW, Portal, preferred. Demonstrated experience delivering small and large group training.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and complex projects. PMI certification, strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to manage customer demand, expectations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Ability to travel within North America approximately 10% of the time.

    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

    The pay range for this position in PA is $88,500 to $141,600

    The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

    At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

    Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Pittsburgh, PA.
