We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner with the General Manager, US Dupixent RGA (Rhinology/Gastro/Allergy). The Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations role sits at the center of the franchise, driving strategic execution and operational excellence, accelerating business performance, and embedding AI-enabled ways of working across teams. You will act as a force multiplier for the GM ensuring priorities are aligned, decisions are data-driven, and initiatives are executed with speed and rigor. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the highest levels of a U.S. pharma team, shaping both business performance and the future of how work gets done through AI.
This individual will play a significant role in translating strategy into action and implementing high-impact projects in line with the franchise overall business objectives. This role will involve cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Insights & Analytics, TLL, PSS, Finance, Market Access, and Medical Affairs as well as the Global team. They will be responsible for overseeing the strategic business planning process, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, and proactively identifying opportunities and strategies for growth. This role will champion AI adoption, identifying high-impact use cases and work with teams to embed internal AI tools into day-to-day workflows.

Main responsibilities:
Design and execute operational planning including leading weekly leadership team meetings, offsites and governance meetings with clear outcomes and accountability and driving behavior of high-performing team
Establish robust governance frameworks that drive decision-making velocity and cross-functional alignment
Partner with leadership to translate strategy into executable tactics to achieve franchise business objectives
Lead high-priority acceleration projects with measurable impact on business performance
Champion AI transformation through directed projects – serve as ambassador for AI and partner with teams to build AI fluency, enabling smarter, faster, and more data-driven decisions
Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks to accelerate decision-making and execution
Own the strategic business planning and budget process for Budget/C1/C2 Strategic plan with scenario planning and risk assessment
Provide strategic counsel to US Head of RGA through business intelligence, trend analysis, and proactive issue identification
Synthesize complex data from US and Global colleagues to create compelling narratives for business reviews
Drive prioritization and execution of commercial activities; ensure knowledge sharing and alignment across brands
Lead analytical deep-dives in partnership with Marketing and Global to uncover growth opportunities
Serve as strategic proxy for GM in meetings, events and critical business decisions
Craft executive-level communications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including Investor Relations
Execute mission-critical cross-brand initiatives leveraging functional relationships to deliver measurable outcomes
Manage Alliance governance with strategic oversight and clear communication protocols
Optimize leadership effectiveness: foster collaboration, facilitate difficult conversations, create structured decision-making processes

About You
Main requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred
7-10 years experience in top-tier consulting, commercial operations, sales/marketing, digital health roles
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical landscape (commercial, regulatory, and market dynamics)
Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytics) and a passion for scaling adoption
Demonstrated experience driving operational improvements and performance management
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership
Executive-level communication and presentation skills with C-suite experience
Expert project management with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

The salary range for this position is:
$178,500.00 - $257,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
