Job Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains an optimized product selection for online sales, analyzing pricing strategies, stock levels, and product information to maximize basket value and conversion rates across digital channels and Direct-to-Customer channels.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define and execute the e-commerce sales strategy for Philips, identifying and prioritizing sales channels, working under limited supervision.
• Optimizes e-commerce fundamentals by facilitating core e-commerce activities, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance sales performance and profitability.
• Researches and proposes new methods and procedures to improve e-commerce efficiency and effectiveness, championing innovative approaches to drive online sales growth.
• Ensures customers are assisted with product selection and order placement, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience by providing knowledgeable recommendations, guiding them through the ordering process and facilitating efficient order processing for timely delivery.
• Verifies accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to support effective customer service, facilitate smooth follow-ups, track sales activities, and provide management with reliable data for analyzing customer behavior.
• Analyzes and reports on sales performance by generating comprehensive reports that analyze sales results, market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior, identifying key insights and translating them into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Executes daily sales operations in only direct-to-customer channels by optimizing daily direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales performance by monitoring budgets, planning promotional activities, and ensuring adherence to targets.
• Provides expert product knowledge and support by acting as a resource for colleagues with product and e-commerce best practices, may manage and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.
• Monitors the effectiveness of only direct-to-customer e-commerce platforms and tools, identifying technical issues and opportunities for improvement, working closely with IT and platform providers to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
