Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement customer management plans and processes to retain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Deliver and execute high‑quality customer service and issue resolution to retain existing customers
  • Execute customer engagement activities, including identifying customer business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
  • Contribute to the development and administration of processes related to Key Account and Customer Management programs and policies to retain and expand current customer relationships
  • Collaborate on industry‑specific relationship management activities and support the orchestration of customer‑facing roles

  • Apply practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and relevant work experience

  • Address challenging but not typically complex problems, drawing on prior experience and analysis

Experience Level

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or qualification

General Requirements / Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and aesthetics regulations and registration processes
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
