Your Role at Baxter

Your role as a Sales Incentive Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring that our Sales Incentive Programs operate without issue. You will coordinate the rollout of these programs, upholding consistency and strict control to guarantee flawless delivery. You will also handle the rules, eligibility criteria, tracking cycles, and incentive payments, ensuring full alignment with our policies.

What you'll be doing

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze performance data for the calculation of commissions and bonuses.
  • Act as the focal point between Sales, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Commercial Excellence teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support continuous reviews and improvements of incentive models to keep our programs competitive and effective.
  • Ensure documentation, traceability, and alignment with Sales Incentive policies, maintaining a high standard of compliance.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, Sales Incentives, Commercial Planning, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing people.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
  • Portuguese, English and Spanish language advanced skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven ability to efficiently implement and lead incentive programs.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage with people across different departments.
