JOB DESCRIPTION:
To lead and grow assigned territory by driving Availability, Visibility and Advocacy, ensuring above‑market growth and 100% execution of agreed commercial initiatives, handling distributors and order bookers and implementing sales strategy.
- Manage assigned territories ensuring monthly target achievement and delivering planned growth.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers in territory and distributors to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure effective coverage and productivity at all outlets in defined territory as well as understand market dynamics and customers.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities carried out at all assign outlets as per the Trade Marketing plans.
- Ensure planograms and visibility tools as per company guidelines.
- Drive distributor teams to ensure product availability in assigned territory and achieve IMS plan.
- Develop monthly work plan and ensure market visits accordingly.
- Adherent to company policies and procedures in all work-related matters as per provided guidelines.
- Provide on job coaching and training to distributor field force.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly data and present to management.

Education:
- Minimum Bachelors. MBA preferred
Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in trade sales of Pharma or Consumer industry.
- Fresh Graduates may also be considered from any reputable university.
