What Executive Support contributes to Cardinal Health

This role is the operational backbone of Cardinal Health Asia Pacific, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy by ensuring seamless execution across executive support, office/facilities, sales reporting, finance, vendor management, security, and compliance. It drives business continuity, governance, and efficiency through disciplined calendar/travel management, accurate reporting, contract lifecycle control, and cost-effective procurement. By orchestrating multi-country logistics and safeguarding operations, it elevates employee and customer experience while reducing risk.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Executive support or senior admin roles across regions; office/facilities management; event coordination; finance/procurement/vendor management.
  • Technical: Microsoft Office Suite; SAP/ERP systems; compliance and contract management.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organization, discretion, communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Additional: Skilled in coordinating complex travel and event logistics across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to APAC leadership; manage travel, expenses, diaries; organize leadership meetings; handle confidential tasks; maintain contact lists/org charts; liaise with travel agents; oversee logistics for regional meetings.
  • Office & Facilities: Manage office operations in Australia/Singapore; coordinate vendors, couriers, storage, and site policies; support visitor engagement.
  • Sales Support & Reporting: Prepare sales reports; support onboarding/offboarding; process event compliance approvals.
  • Administration: Monitor mailboxes; manage supplies/stationery; respond to ANZ hotline queries; support meeting logistics.
  • Finance & Procurement: Process purchase orders/invoices; manage pre-approvals, credit cards, and vendor setup; ensure compliance with policies.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, payments, and compliance for events.
  • Security & Safety: Act as security contact; monitor alarms/passes; report incidents; confirm employee safety; complete site assessments.
  • Legal & Compliance: Manage contract lifecycle (8 markets); coordinate approvals, signatures, archiving; liaise with paralegal and secretarial services.
