Job Description Summary

Job Description

As an Equipment CSR, you will be the main point of contact to process and coordinate equipment orders, providing exceptional service and support for our dental equipment range. Your role will involve overseeing the equipment sales process from quotation to invoicing while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsabilities

Provides Quotations By:

  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Communicates with Sales Representative to establish range for pricing
  • Reviewing current promotions and clearance items

Processes Incoming Orders By:

  • Receiving orders from Sales Representatives
  • Verifying order data, credit application, down payments, and other terms prior to order input
  • Entering orders into the system
  • Processing special orders

Promotes Outstanding Customer Service By:

  • Providing prompt and courteous service
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of any order challenges
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met

Develops and Maintains Relationships with Sales and Manufacturers By:

  • Liaising with Manufacturer Reps for product queries
  • Staying current on new products and promotions

Supports Business Growth By:

  • Promoting the sale of existing inventory
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a Customer Service role
  • Dental product (Equipment) knowledge is preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft
  • Proficient with MS Office software
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and listening skills
  • Ability to work from home or office

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$53,800.00 - $80,600.00 Annual
