The ideal candidate will have:
• Clinical experience in the OR (urology, surgical tech, nurse, clinical specialist) or medical device case coverage experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort in surgical settings
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
• Flexibility to support early morning cases and variable schedules
• Must be availabe to travel throughout the region
