Regional Sales Director

Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will lead and build a high-performing sales team within a defined region, focused on driving adoption of innovative wound care technology. This role is responsible for hiring, developing, and managing reps, while also helping establish new territories, generate pipeline, and deliver against regional revenue targets. Success in this position requires a hands-on leader who can operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment, balancing team development, clinical credibility, and strong activity-based sales execution.
