As Nordics Sales Director Advanced Wound Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AWM business across the Nordic region. Ideally field based in Denmark, this is a highly visible leadership role where you will combine strategic thinking, commercial excellence and people leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen customer partnerships and build a high performing, engaged sales organisation across the Nordics.

What will you be doing?
You will lead the Advanced Wound Management business across the Nordic countries, taking full ownership of sales performance, profitability and long term growth. Working closely with country leaders, international colleagues and key customers, you will set the commercial direction for the region and turn strategy into measurable results.
Day to day, you will be guiding and inspiring a cross country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans, and ensuring strong execution across major accounts, tenders and go to market initiatives. As a member of the NEUCAN AWM Leadership Team, you will actively contribute to shaping broader regional strategy while ensuring operational excellence, ethical leadership and a strong performance culture throughout the Nordics.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from combining strong commercial judgement with authentic leadership and a deep understanding of the medical devices landscape. You will thrive if you bring:

• Extensive senior sales leadership experience within medical devices, ideally within wound management or a closely related therapy area
• A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing P&L and leading through others across complex, multi country environments
• Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into clear, executable commercial plans
