Job Description

The role is responsible for managing commercial partnerships, managing market teams, implementing strategic and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, overseeing talent management, driving operational efficiency and engaging with executives and stakeholders to influence significant organizational decisions. The role manages the commercial team, working closely with stakeholders to achieve business goals. The role adheres to strategic goals, makes decisions, and solves moderate issues. The role implements corporate methods and ensures compliance with budgets and schedules. The role assists in developing territory plans, aligns goals with resources, executes go-to-market strategies and monitors sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages commercial partnerships with customers in a specific country or key market, ensuring alignment

with business objectives and driving mutual growth and success through strategic collaboration and effective relationship management.

• Implements achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the market, aligned with central sales leadership’s business management and customer strategy, sales performance optimization and reporting objectives, segmentation, commercial policies, and profitability, performance, and workforce guidelines.

• Manages the commercial team in the markets by working closely with both market stakeholders and other functions to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

• Adheres to strategic goals, makes final decisions on administrative or operational issues, and tackles moderate problems requiring in-depth company knowledge to ensure the effective achievement of objectives.

• Implements corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and personnel, while ensuring that budgets and schedules comply with corporate requirements.

• Assists in development of territory plans and engages in both strategic and tactical planning to effectively align goals, allocate resources, and drive performance across designated regions.

• Executes go-to-market strategies for new services, bolsters sales efforts and campaigns, and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness.

• Adheres to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.

• Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

Work Experience

Minimum 12 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.
