Surgical Sales Rep Denver, division launch

Job Description

Rare opportunity to be one of the first reps launching a new surgical product line within an established Orthopedic implant company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Selling Surgical implants in the OR, focused on orthopedic surgeons
  • This includes driving gross sales, meeting quota goals, managing territory-level inventory, controlling expenses, and supporting the overall company mission.
  • collaborate with the sales team to build customer relationships, forecast sales activity, and provide expert in-service training and product support on the full portfolio.
  • This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to manage both educational and technical interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • covering a large geography, so a willingness to travel is critical

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Year 1 comp package inc. $100K base salary with commissions on top; conservative estimate: $150 K total comp, uncapped.

BACKGROUND MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of surgical sales expereince
  • Must be COVID vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated
  • Lives in the greater Denver area
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
