Provide administrative and clerical support (including the preparation of correspondence, presentations and order processing) to the sales team. Provide customer quotes and coordinate sales information. - Provide administrative support and assist sales teams as needed. Review product utilization reports and identify opportunities for improve customer service, additional product sales and increased profitability. - Support and participate in the organization of district, regional and national sales meetings. - Review account information regarding receipt, input and reporting of sales data. - Identify and/or resolve issues on behalf of the sales team. Respond to escalated issues or questions. - Prepare correspondence and presentations as directed. - Process orders and prepare basic level customer quotes. And much more! Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant Work Experience - At least 1 year of administrative or sales experience. Additional - Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). - Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). - Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Preferred Qualifications Relevant Work Experience - Experience with customer service or sales support.
