As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful promotion of our RMMH portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, delivering value through scientific engagement and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
Conduct scientific discussions and product presentations to support clinical decision-making.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in women’s health, fertility, or related therapeutic areas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
