Job Description

You are responsible for

  • Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
  • Provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. 
  • Recommends changes to sales policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
  • Lead sales team to achieve each hospitals’ real implant target within sales budget.
  • Convert strategic accounts to IGT-D product users on clinical application and promotion.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned classes of trade.
  • Regular market visits with distributors’ sales team to key end-users or accounts to promote classes of trade.
  • Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers, end users, opinion leaders and professional associations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and programs to maximize market share and profit.
  • Fully understand marketing program and activities, plan & execute them according to requirements of key opinion leaders.
  • Develop a solid & capable channel network to support business growth through an effective channel management, proactively explore different business/channel model to deliver aggressive business targets.
  • Understand & forecast seasonal procurement trends within the healthcare industry.
  • Keep close track of tender calling.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • More than 10 years sales & marketing leadership experience in related industries in multi-national companies.
  • Strong understanding and profound industrial experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and marketing orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influential abilities.
  • Good English.
