WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and coordinate all field sales operations, ensuring effective communication and support for the sales team
  • Set and monitor sales goals for representatives, providing coaching and collaborative strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Foster a competitive yet ethical sales environment that aligns with our core values
  • Motivate the sales team to work toward common objectives, embracing the diligence required for success
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology to measure, track, and analyze sales activities effectively
  • Focus on increasing market share in the local area through strategic leadership and insight
  • Develop and mentor team members, facilitating honest conversations to drive improvement and growth
  • Analyze metrics and generate reports to communicate the cost-effectiveness and ROI of sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within a distribution-focused sales organization
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to enhance business operations and drive growth

WHAT YOU BRING

You have at least five years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry. You have a proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from your previous positions. You have strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases. You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer centric environment. You are comfortable as the sales leadership example for others.

*This position supports sales throughout the Ottawa market and surrounding areas. Travel in the field and being in office at the Branch is required.  

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Pay will also Include an annual performance-based bonus opportunity and vehicle allowance. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
