Sales Lead, Personal Health Singapore & Malaysia
Your role:
Business Leadership & Performance
• Own full P&L for Malaysia and Singapore, delivering against Annual Operating Plan and long-term growth ambitions (revenue, margin, market share).
• Lead market performance to strengthen Philips’ position as the #1 brand in Personal Health.
• Drive performance management through rigorous operating cadence, clear KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
Go-to-Market & Omni-Channel Acceleration
• Define and evolve channel strategies across offline retail, e-commerce, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
• Accelerate growth on key platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) while strengthening brand and conversion across all touchpoints.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure aligned portfolio prioritisation and impactful activation.
Customer & Key Account Leadership
• Build strategic, trust-based partnerships with key customers and distributors at senior levels.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) to unlock mutual growth opportunities.
• Own commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with Philips policies, margin targets, and long-term value creation.
Commercial Excellence & Trade Investment
• Own and optimize trade investment (rebates, provisions, promotions) to maximize ROI.
• Ensure disciplined, compliant, and effective deployment of commercial resources.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and performance tracking with strong governance.
Demand Planning & Cross-Functional Integration
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain (SCM) to ensure robust demand planning, inventory health, and service levels.
• Lead fact-based inputs into S&OP processes to balance demand, supply, and financial outcomes.
• Ensure seamless alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Retail Excellence & Execution
• Deliver best-in-class Retail Excellence, including in-store visibility, promoter effectiveness, and shopper conversion.
• Partner with Trade Shopper Marketing and E trade to elevate in-store experience and Online Store Excellence and execution to drive sell-through.
• Ensure strong execution discipline across all markets and channels
Market Intelligence & Growth Insights
• Continuously generate actionable insights on consumers, customers, competition, and market trends.
• Translate insights into clear commercial actions to protect and grow market share.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, multi-country sales team with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth mindset.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans.
• Foster a collaborative, purpose-driven culture aligned to Philips values.
