About the Role

Develop our e-commerce clients’ digital sales channels through targeted and segmented strategies that drive growth and return on investment 

What You Will Do

- Lead digital channel planning in accordance with our clients’ business calendars, coordinating the various departments involved and aligning the strategy with the physical world

- Ensure the proper implementation and execution of the business plan for each of our e-commerce clients, guaranteeing timely feedback that leads to valuable decision-making

- Collaborate with our e-commerce clients to co-create innovative plans that enable us to achieve superior results and maximize the potential of the digital channel

- Prospect new e-commerce clients to complement our presence in the digital channel

- Conduct periodic analysis of data and business metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop action plans to achieve sales targets


 

Who You Are

- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- 3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, sales, or trade

- Specific knowledge in: sales management (metrics, strategies), business mathematics, e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, SAP, web tracking tools (preferred), and advanced Excel.

- English B2
